Withdraw from contract here

Did you buy a Premium plan 14 days ago or less (a little more if the period ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday)? You can withdraw without giving any reason and get a full refund, even if you have already used Premium.

  • Free and with no account: fill in the form, check your statement, then confirm it.
  • You immediately get an acknowledgement of receipt by email, repeating your statement with its date and time.
  • Full refund to the payment method used, no later than 14 days after we receive your statement. For a subscription, the contract ends without waiting for the end of the period.
  • The period runs for 14 days from the day after the purchase, until 11:59 pm (Paris time). If it ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. You only need to send your statement before the period ends.

You can also withdraw by email to contact@flavienhue.fr, with or without the model withdrawal form in the terms of sale (article 6).
