Cancel your contract

Stop your monthly or yearly Premium subscription at any time, free of charge and without creating an account.

• Enter your first and last name, your email address, the subscription concerned and the cancellation date you want, then check the summary and correct it if needed before confirming.
• You immediately get an acknowledgement of receipt by email, then, within 2 working days, an email giving the end date of your contract and its effects.
• There is no charge after your notice. A period that has started is not refunded on a pro rata basis, unless the law provides otherwise: in particular, a yearly subscription renewed without the reminder required by article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code has its unused part refunded within 30 days.
